Teams of Olathe and Johnson County students earned two firsts and two seconds in the 2010 Kansas ProStart Student Invitational, March 3 at the Hilton Wichita Airport Executive conference Center.

Students from across the state competed in three events—culinary, management and edible centerpiece. Olathe teams finished first and second in culinary, first in edible centerpiece and second in management. Teams competed for scholarships and a chance to advance to the National ProStart Invitational, April 30 through May 2 at the Overland Park Convention Center. First-place teams in culinary and management will represent Kansas in the national event.
