HAZEL KATHERIN CHADWICK

Hazel Katherin Chadwick, 87, of Overland Park, Kan., passed away Monday, Jan. 18, 2010, at Delmar Gardens of Lenexa. Graveside services will be at 1 p.m., Friday, Jan. 22, 2010, at The Gardner Township Cemetery, Gardner, Kan. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to Vitas Hospice or toward Alzheimer's Research.

Mrs. Chadwick was born April 19, 1922, in Marshall, Mo., to Milton and Birdie (King) Embrey. She has lived in Johnson County, Kan., most of her life. She was preceded in death by her parents, her son, Buddy Paul Clark Jr., and three sisters, Zula Cox, Nettie Able and Emma Frye. She is survived by her husband, William Edd Sr., one daughter, Grace Rayl, four sons, Wesley Clark, Roger Clark, Joe Clark and Eddie Chadwick Jr., brother, Milton Embrey, sister, Virginia Hutchinson, eight grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
