Richard Scott Ingle, 60, of Olathe, Kan., passed away Oct. 19, 2009, at Olathe Medical Center. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 21 at Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home, 14275 S Blackbob Rd., Olathe.
