KU Barnstormers to play Sat. at Miege

Seniors from the University of Kansas men's basketball national championship team will play Saturday against seniors from Bishop Miege, St. Thomas Aquinas and Bishop Ward at Bishop Miege High School.

The annual KU Barnstormers tour stop will tip off at 1 p.m.

Russell Robinson, Sasha Kaun, Rodrick Stewart, Darnell Jackson and Brad Witherspoon are the Jayhawks scheduled to appear.

Prior to the game, the players will sign autographs for ticket-holders beginning at 11 a.m. Fans are not guaranteed autographs, so seekers are encouraged to arrive early. The doors open at 10:30 a.m.

Tickets for the game are $12 and are available at www.bishopmiege.com. Concessions and Barnstormers souvenirs also will be available for purchase.

Tickets will be available at the door Saturday only if there are any still available.
